It’s time to become Elden Lord and play through all of Elden Ring

Edited by:

Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective with gameplay focusing on combat and exploration; it features elements similar to those found in other games developed by FromSoftware, such as the Souls series, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that players start with a linear opening but eventually progress to freely explore the Lands Between, including its six main areas, as well as castles, fortresses, and catacombs scattered throughout the open world map

  1. Lmao jack i literally was fighting the mad pumpkin head and got to sellen at the exact same time as i was listening to the vid

  2. I didn’t think I’d enjoy watching someone actually playing this because I figured it would be all failure and rage, but Jack is so impressive at this honestly lol. Wow.

  3. Sean, best horse in a video game? How dare you? What about egg roll from Shadow of the colossus?😢

Also. You talking about your childhood in Ireland, and running through fields and seeing buildings was really cool.

  4. 1:52:43 Whhhhyyyyyy didn't you use the mimic veil?! You could've been soooo sneaky!!! 1:54:50 Literally the chest you opened 2 minutes ago had a mimic in it….

  5. The shortcut around Stormveil is the first thing i found. I played so much of this game before saying Godrick. It is amazing, how different this game can be played

  6. As someone with 1.100 hours in Destiny 2, I can't handle the long ass boss phases. DPS phase is done and gone, or the wipe mechanic will finish it

  7. I was on call with someone who played the game already and as soon as i got to the maidenless guy i fought him. I am stubborn so i didnt try getting better loot or stats. It was hard obviously but extremely fun

  8. I'm surprised that I see no comments talking about him doing a dex build. Seems like the souls community has finally matured.

  9. The description says the game is sekiro lmao

  10. This was the first souls gave I've ever played I bought it on launch day and had to learn everything on my own, I didn't watch a single YouTube video and I think I've basically learned all the basics I have about 65 hours in and im still learning a lot.

  11. I fought the dragon as soon as I saw him
    I was not prepared

  12. I did that with the curse rotted great wood in ds3

  13. The damage Is so small you can barely see it
Edit: for those wondering I’m talking about the dagger line of weapons

  14. I know this is a 4month old video. But I'm playing through this game, and I suck sooooooooo bad. I wish I was good, but Im not.

  15. I don’t know what’s more impressive jacks ability to kill anything and everything with no fear
    Or his margit impression

  16. Dark Souls II is the BEST dark souls thank you very much

  17. Dark souls 2 can’t escape itself, ITS A GOOD GAME

  18. at like 1:19: 45, he legit reminds me of jason from the good place

  19. Why wouldn’t he record his first play through. Ugh what a wasted opportunity. Not everyone wants to see a perfect or know what they’re doing type of play through. I wanna see your first reactions and all the stupid mistakes….

  20. Came here from the Bloodborne series – really looking forward to watching all the vids. Great work!

  21. Bleed kinda sounds a lot like poison damage in bleach brave souls

  22. Red Dead 2 came out about four years ago, and since RDR2 is the best game ever made, that makes Elden Ring the best game in four years, not five.

  23. I would not fight your favorite boss it’s hard

  24. 1:42:24
Famous last words. Gostoc sells an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone at the end of Kenneth & Nepheli's questline, but only if he's left alive.

    Greater Envoys, in the Haligtree.

Chernobyl Crows, in Caelid and Mountaintop of the Giants.

XL Fingercreepers, in Mountaintop of the Giants.

Putrid Avatar and Putrid Tree Spirit in Elphael.

Perfumers in Leyndell, specifically that one room with two of them, a High Page, and a Leyndell Knight.

All are valid contestants. On a different note, the Stormhawk birds are considerably easier if you have a secondary ranged option or if you have Gravitas/Starscourge Greatswords. You can obtain Gravitas in Limgrave, near Dragon-Burnt Ruins. There's a spirit well that allows you to jump safely off the cliff to the shore – the Alabaster Lord down there drops the Ash of War: Gravitas. Quite handy for any flying enemy, be it the archer Misbegottens, the bats, or birbs.

On a similar topic, the miners in caves are extremely weak to magic damage, so it can be worth the effort to buy a simple Glintstone Pebble sorcery – you may be surprised at the effectiveness.

  25. I wanna play this game so badly 😭😭 but can't afford it

  26. I'm 163 hrs in and haven't beat fire giant, how has Jack beat this 5 times in 250 lol

  27. Some random dude with a Demidog profile picture says:

If you kill grafted scion you get her weapons.

  28. FromSof: "Okay, we want you to narrate this calmly and detached, like you heard we did for Dark Souls, okay?"
    narrator: "Sure no problem"
Does the narration and dials it up to eleven hundred
Narrator: "Sorry, I got carried away. Should I do another take?"
FromSof: passed out from too much awesome

  29. Btw you can actually beat the grafted scion in the beginning and you get a cool weapon

  30. The great swords Sean points out near the smithy look an awful lot like guts great-sword in berserk

  31. Legend of dinklebamp nonono LEGEND OF LOONG LOONG MAAAAAAAN

  32. Bruh I started my first elden ring playthrough today (had the game for a while but sucked at so gave up, then beat bloodborne, tried to play dark souls 1, but decided to go to something more accessible first) and I subconsciously made my character look exactly like Seán's in this playthrough.

  33. I think the games jack was most hype about within the past few years was gow 2018 and elden ring

  34. Can someone tell me if this is a good game to play

  35. @jacksepticeye have you ever considered playing Fable?
